Using Assessment Credits Instructions and Order Form

If you have assessments credits and would like to use them, please complete and submit the form below. The credits must be used for the same assessment type for which they were originally purchased. For example, if you have credits available that were purchased for the Virginia WRS Retake, the credits must be used for retakes only.
